Our products are shipped in the UK using Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery times are stated on each listing. Type of service used will be dependent on the value of the goods.
All products delivered outside the UK are shipped using domestic postal services or DHL and may be subject to customs and import duty which is paid for by the receiver/buyer. Please check your local government customs website to find out how much duty you should expect to pay. We have no control over this and cannot advise how much import duty may be.

We cannot accept returns for any item that has been personalised in any way unless the item is faulty so please make sure you have ordered the correct size case.
We can offer refunds on items that are not made to order or personalised if they are returned within 7 days unused and in the original packaging.
